A. If your internet service stops while you’re using it and it doesn’t come back on, there could be several explanations. If you are using a router, and you have a P2P Filesharing (music downloading) program or another application that utilizes a large amount of bandwidth, it could be locking up your equipment. Some routers do not handle large amounts of traffic well and will stop functioning when exposed to these conditions. Cycling the power to the device can be a temporary fix. If you suspect this is the problem, try eliminating the router for a while and if the problem doesn’t reappear, we recommend purchasing a higher grade router.
