SwiftLink Communications was founded by Andrew T. Strasil in 2005. He had a vision of a new type of company that still retained old-fashioned values where the "customer is always right". Strasil, disturbed by new age dot com and technology companies charging top dollar for outsourced, low quality services, aimed at creating a new company where "quality-of-service" and customer support was a priority.
Strasil describes his company as one of the few that still place emphasis on "quality" and customer satisfaction. He explained that, when you call SwiftLink, you will be courteously cared for and given honest advice, even if it doesn't make a sale. In his words, "You might not always make a sale, but honest advice will keep them coming back." Indeed, a simple concept more should embrace.
His company, founded in an age of outsourcing, cutbacks and near non-existent customer support has made no compromises of this sort. In a time of cutbacks, layoffs and hard-times, SwiftLink has consistently expanded and opened more and more high-tech job opportunities for local individuals. In late 2008 and early 2009, an unfortunate time of many worldwide business failures and bankruptcies, his company has increased, yes increased, sales. "Good service never gets old," Strasil says.
In an age where most business management efforts focused on mere survival rather than new ideas and innovation, SwiftLink has again excelled. Many "spin-offs" from the company's Internet Service Provider operation and related ventures in technology have been recognized and developed, promising to make the world of the internet and computers a more exciting place for everyone.
